Aegis NY Venture Fund completes growth investment in HRMP Holdings, Inc.
April 18, 2006 – (Melville, New York) – Aegis NY Venture Fund, LP (“Aegis”) is pleased to announce the closing of its initial investment in HRMP Holdings, Inc. The investment was made in the form of a senior secured loan with warrants.
